info gathered for a later return trip with a design and<br>a firm price.<br><br>In rare cases the project may be on that we choose not to take on.<br><br>The project manager may meet with you several times until you are comfortable with the project details, prices and design Accept MIARA\u2019s proposal by signing it!.\u00a0 MIARA will begin financing if needed.\u00a0 Once financing is obtained MIARA will obtain all the necessary permits and home owner\u2019s association approval (if Needed)<br>The transformation begins!!<\/strong><\/h6>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We understand how home improvements can be both an inconvenience and stressful.&nbsp;
